One Week and Counting . . .

Oh, I'm going to miss being cc'd on emails that contain questions like, "Did you buy my arguments in the mail to Ian on Smolyak's alg?" In a lot of ways, the world of applied math professors reminds me of the culture of high school debaters.

Ha! I though cc'd was CCD, so I am saying, 'what the hell is caroline writing to cecilia, and why don't I understand it?' and 'why does cecil think in one week she wont be on our email list?!' then I realized you were talking about work being over, not mass emails.

im sad i never got to see the cube in the 'inside voices' building. alas.

it is appropriate that caroline's name so closely resembles a computer abbreviation.

the apostrophe would have to be moved (ccd'd) to indicate that i had been "carolined" on the email (and i think that should mean creating a reply-all chain out of any email sent to more than one person).

appropriate because i'm so somputer savvy? i'm flattered.

and cecil before you leave your job, i fully expect a "things i'll never see/read again" list... :)
