The Return

Not that I went anywhere. But Laura left yesterday so I have no excuse to not not-blog anymore. And I also actually have things to write now about having packed what might normally be two months worth of social activity for me into just 9 days. Like last Saturday we went out for dinner and drinks (at Bleu), saw a show (the Mountain Goats), and then went dancing (at R Place, of course). And Sunday we hit up not one but two markets (Fremont Sunday market and the famous Pike Place market, the oldest continuously running farmer's market in the nation started in 1907 when farmers decided they wanted to sell their produce directly to the consumers . . . ) and saw the entirety of downtown Seattle (Space Needle, sculpture park, waterfront, and the scene that is Pioneer Square at dusk). And that was just the first weekend. Tuesday night Shakira dance parties were yet to come. But I'm always a little overwhelmed by picking highlights, so I'm just going to leave you with a couple pictures and maybe attempt a post or two over the next couple days.
